The period during which the Option may be exercised shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until the expiration of the Option Period as described in the Basic Option Provisions.
The Board of Directors of the Company has duly approved the issuance and sale of the Basic Option Shares and Top-Up Option Shares, upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained in this Stock Option Agreement, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
