Basic Operating Weight Empty Estimate definition
Basic Operating Weight Empty Estimate means the Empty Operating Weight Estimate plus the weight of three (3) flight crew, three (3) cabin attendants and one (1) flight engineer with luggage (hand and checked baggage); this term is also being referred to as the operating empty weight (oew) or operating weight empty (owe) by some Aircraft Manufacturers.
