Basic Materials definition

Basic Materials means materials needed for the manufacture of the Device Proprietary Components and which have not yet been handled by Aerogen and do not yet meet the Specifications of the Device Proprietary Components, and are therefore not yet ready for delivery to Dance.
Basic Materials means any Drug Substance, substances, molecules, Excipients and other materials (including without limitation Packaging Materials and in-process components such as granules), which are required for GenVec to provide the Services.

Related to Basic Materials

  • Organic Materials means any combination of Food Waste and Green Waste. Organic Materials

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers.
