Basic function definition

Basic function means an activity of a local government for the purpose of accomplishing a primary service or function of the local government, including, without limitation, those services and functions relating to general governance, public safety, public works, public health, public welfare and judicial services or functions for which the local government is responsible.

Basic function. The chief financial officer position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of Clementia, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.   • School function means any school-sponsored extra-curricular event or activity.
