Basic Engineering means the Mirzapur Basic Engineering Designs Bid means the bid consisting of the Qualification Proposal and the Financial Proposal submitted by a Bidder for qualification and award of the Project.   • The PROFESSIONAL shall provide the Basic Engineering Services as follows.

  • If the Concessionaire proposes to set up the Power Plant, the Concessionaire shall also submit the Basic Engineering Designs for the Power Plant.
