Basic case definition

Basic case means a case allocated to the Basic category under rule 23 (allocation of cases to categories);
Basic case means the Issuer’s financial projections for the Project, prepared by an Authorized Representative of the Issuer in accordance with the Financial Plan and the Project Cost Statement, delivered in electronic format, along with its corresponding computer template and contained in Appendix 2 (Basic Case) of the CTA, or the most recent Revised Basic Case, delivered in accordance with Clauses 9.1(11), 9.1(ll) and 9.1(mm).
Basic case. The financial model attached hereto as Schedule I. That Basic Case may be amended at the time the IRS Agreements are concluded, in which event the Basic Case shall be attached hereto as a new Schedule I and all references made to the Basic Case shall be understood as made to the new Basic Case attached.
