BASi and “Company” mean Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. and include its past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, related corporations and entities, affiliates, principals, insurers, shareholders, attorneys, trustees, subsidiaries, predecessors, successors and assigns, any and all employee benefit plans (and any fiduciary of such plans) sponsored by B▇▇▇. “Agreement” means this letter agreement which contains the terms of the severance package and which includes a release of all claims arising out of C▇▇▇▇'▇ employment relationship with B▇▇▇ and the termination of the employment relationship. “The Parties” means Chait and B▇▇▇.
BASi means BA Securities, Inc.
BASi means BancAmerica Securities, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BankAmerica Corporation. BASI is a registered broker-dealer and permitted to underwrite and deal in certain Ineligible Securities; and "Ineligible Securities" means securities which may not be underwritten or dealt in by member banks of the Federal Reserve System under Section 16 of the Banking Act of 1933 (12 U.S.C. ss. 24, Seventh), as amended.
