These general contract terms of BASF companies located in Belgium (hereinafter “General Contract Terms”) form an integral part of all (future) contracts on the delivery of goods or the provision of services between the supplier of goods or the service provider, respectively, (hereinafter "Contractor") and any of the affiliated companies of BASF SE located in Belgium, respectively, (hereinafter “Principal”).

The management of BASF SE and the BASF Europa Betriebsrat shall endeavour to settle amicably any differences of opinion regarding the content, interpretation and application of this Agreement.
