Baseload Product definition

Baseload Product means long-term, unit contingent Baseload Capacity, capacity-related benefits, energy, environmental attributes and Other Electric Products from an Eligible Resource pursuant to a PPA. The Baseload Product is more particularly described and addressed in Appendix C.
Baseload Product means a hedge product that notionally delivers electric energy over all hours (7x24);

Examples of Baseload Product in a sentence

  • For Seller selling Baseload Product, Seller shall be excused from achieving the Guaranteed Energy Production and the Capacity Factor only for the applicable time period during Seller Excuse Hours.

  • Seller shall transfer the Renewable Energy Credits to Buyer even if Buyer does not accept and/or pay for the underlying energy per Section 3.1(f) or for Baseload Product only, pays something other than the Contract Price.

  • Such log shall include information on power production, [fuel consumption,][Bracketed language for applicable Baseload Product only] efficiency, availability, maintenance performed, outages, results of inspections, manufacturer recommended services, replacements, electrical characteristics of the generators, control settings or adjustments of equipment and protective devices.

  • In contrast to Baseload Product, the Seller does not control the availability of fuel supply to the Project producing As-Available Product and lacks the ability to store energy and control the rate of output.

Related to Baseload Product

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Licensed Product means a product, method or service in the Licensed Field of Use, the making, having made, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.

  • Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • End product means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired under the contract for public use.

  • Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Final Product means a product that is not used in producing other products and is built and intended for use outdoors, provided the final product has not deteriorated or has otherwise become a potential source of contaminants.

  • Runtime Product means the version specific files and application program interfaces (APIs) specified in the RUNTIME.TXT file provided with SAP Crystal Reports 2008, SAP Crystal Reports for Eclipse 2.0, and SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010.

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.

  • Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.
