Baseline System definition

Baseline System. Refers the application code, configuration settings, master data, and related infrastructure of the system and its derivatives as of the date of execution of this MoU.  Equitable: Refers to a remedy of solution that is ethically or legally just and reasonable under the circumstances, that would generally be viewed by unconcerned parties as fair and impartial with all concerned parties treated in the same manner, but may or may not be wholly satisfactory to any or all the parties involved.  Onboarding: Refers to the acceptance by members to admit a state requesting admittance to the ReEmployUSA Consortium.  Transition: Refers to the initial deployment by a member state of the ReEmployUSA system, which includes state owned business data, to a client-facing production environment.  Consortium Executive Committee (CEC): An executive committee is a group of key managers that make decisions collectively about relevant subjects related to the organization’s proper functioning.
Baseline System. The Core Functionality and Services combined with optional Functions which the Exchange has chosen in writing as of the Execution Date to be designed, developed and implemented by Contractor. The following such optional Functions are included in the Solicitation, Section 1.2, Table 1: Individual Premium Aggregation; Assister Management; SHOP Eligibility for Employers; Organizational Change Management; Service Center Hardware, Software, and Facilities; and Alternative Approach for Case Data Management.
Baseline System means a solar water heater system with a capacity ranging from 80 (eighty) litres to 150 (one hundred and fifty) litres, together with any and all associated components and equipment, and that complies with the minimum technical standards, specifications and requirements set out in the Technical Compliance and Functionality Criteria in clause 38.4 of Part II (Bidding Rules, Compliance and Functionality Criteria) and which is described more fully in Appendix 3A (Baseline System Technical Specification) of Volume 3 (Technical Requirements and Returnable Appendices);
