Baseline Services definition

Baseline Services means those services which are provided by the Council within the BID Area which the Council is required to provide as part of its statutory function as a Council as set out at Part 2 of the Schedule;
Baseline Services means the Services covered under the Baseline SOWs.
Baseline Services means the Services covered under the Baseline Service Schedules.

  • If the Authority wishes to construct an additional public safety facility, such as a facility for administration, logistics, training, etc., the Board will equitably apportion the cost to construct or remodel any such public safety facility that is used to provide the Baseline Services to the Parties similar to the apportionment of the Member Fee for Baseline Services.

  • A Party may individually enhance the level of Baseline Services provided by the Authority to that Party at an additional cost.

More Definitions of Baseline Services

Baseline Services means the services currently provided or procured by the Council and detailed in Schedule 1. BID means Business Improvement District. BID Area means the geographical area identified by the BID Champions Group in the BID prospectus and Business Plan. BID Arrangements means the detailed proposals for the BID as set out in the BID Proposals prepared by the BID Champions Group submitted to, and approved by a ballot of non-domestic ratepayers in the BID Area. BID Company Means the Company Limited by guarantee that will be formed after a successful BID ballot in order to facilitate the BID arrangements. BID ▇▇▇▇ means the levy paid by non-domestic ratepayers under the BID Arrangements BID Performance Indicators means the performance indicators detailing the performance of the BID Company as agreed in writing between the BID Company and the Council from time to time.
Baseline Services has the same meaning as “Standard Services
Baseline Services. Services provided by the Council before the introduction of the BID and detailed at Schedule 3 of this Agreement. “BID” has the meaning given in the Regulations that is the Business Improvement District and is that area within which - the BID operates as edged black on the plan attached to this Agreement in Schedule 1. “BID Area” - means the area within which the BID operates as edged with a black border on the plan attached to this Agreement in Schedule 1 “BID Arrangements” - has the meaning given by section 41 of the Local Government ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. “BID Company Report” - means the financial statements prepared by the BID Company for each Financial Year which details: (a) total income and expenditure analysed into main categories arising from the BID Levy (b) other income and expenditure of the BID Company; (c) a statement of actual and pending deficits; and (d) the various initiatives and schemes upon which the BID ▇▇▇▇ has been expended by the BID Company.
Baseline Services means the primary scope of the services described in Exhibit B and Article 3 of this Agreement (other than the portion of those services set forth in Sections 3.1(c), 3.1(f), 3.1(g) and 3.1(h) that are stated to be performed at the expense of a specified party, which shall be deemed to be “Additional Services”) to be provided by the Independent Engineer and paid for by the Concessionaire pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Baseline Services means the services as set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement. “BID” - means Business Improvement District. “BID Area” - means the area within which the BID operates, as shown edged red on the plan attached at Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
