Baseline Reports definition

Baseline Reports means those reports prepared for the properties ---------------- subject to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lease and the Des Moines Lease by Aware Environmental, Inc. regarding existing or historic environmental issues on or relating to such properties and delivered to Seller (and so identified as a "Baseline Report") within ten (10) days of Purchaser's receipt thereof.
Baseline Reports means as stated in Article II, Section 202.A.

Examples of Baseline Reports in a sentence

  • Such assessment reports will constitute amendments of the Baseline Reports for the Properties affected thereby, if Baseline Reports have been prepared.

  • The Contractor shall assign builds to appropriate software releases as identified in the GCSS-MC CMP and develop 30/60/90 day release schedules based upon assignment, prioritization, and scheduling, including refreshing the environments defined in Section 1.1.   • Within (10) days of receipt thereof, Purchaser shall deliver to Seller the Baseline Reports for the properties subject to the Des Moines Lease and the Warr▇▇ ▇▇▇se.

  • The GBR shall follow the Geotechnical Baseline Reports for Construction – Suggested Guidelines published by the American Society of Civil Engineers.

  • The Geotechnical Design/Baseline Report will be prepared by Consultant in general accordance with industry standards and publications such as Technical Baseline Reports for Construction (ASCE 2007).

Related to Baseline Reports

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • Annual Projections is defined in Section 6.2(a).

  • Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.
