Baseline Progress Schedule definition

Baseline Progress Schedule means the time-scaled, Critical Path network schedule, updated from time to time in accordance with the Contract and depicting the subordinate activities and their durations, sequences, and interrelationships that represent the Design- Builder’s Work plans; the Design-Builder’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for designing, constructing, and completing the Project.
Baseline Progress Schedule means the time‐scaled, Critical Path network schedule, updated from time to time in accordance with the Contract and depicting the subordinate activities and their durations, sequences, and interrelationships that represent the Design‐Builder’s Work plans and the Design‐Builder’s Work Breakdown Structure WBS for designing, constructing, and completing the Project.
Baseline Progress Schedule means the time-scaled, schedule, including revisions thereto, which has been provided by the Concessionaire in accordance with the Project Documents and which MDTA’s Authorized Representative has acknowledged in writing conforms to the Lease and Concession Agreement requirements, and updates thereto accepted by MDTA’s Authorized Representative. The Baseline Progress Schedule represents the Concessionaire’s plans for performing the Work and shows the Concessionaire’s Work Breakdown Structure (“WBS”) for designing, constructing, and completing the Project.

Examples of Baseline Progress Schedule in a sentence

  • The Baseline Progress Schedule shall also show design activities including, but not limited to, the various stages of design, design checks, design reviews and the submission dates of checked designs.

  • In no way does the Baseline Progress Schedule modify the Contract documents.

  • If the Baseline Progress Schedule is returned to the Design-Builder with comments, the Design-Builder shall make a copy of the schedule and rename it as the Final Baseline Progress Schedule with comments addressed and revisions made as necessary.

  • The Initial Baseline Progress Schedule shall include a start date and the durations in days for all major Design and Construction activities, as well as a detailed work plan with a hierarchical breakdown of work scope by location, type and major work task.

  • Final Completion date.With the Initial Baseline Progress Schedule, the Proposer should provide a narrative that lists and describes the assumptions and logic used in preparing the schedule, which should include the timing, duration and subject matter for the review and processing of all required submittals.

  • The Design-Builder shall complete the Final Baseline Progress Schedule and obtain the acceptance of the Department’s Project Manager within the timeframe required in Table 2 column 3.

  • If the schedule is accepted by the Department’s Project Manager without any comments, the Design-Builder shall copy the schedule and rename it for submission as the Final Baseline Progress Schedule.

Related to Baseline Progress Schedule

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Work Progress Schedule means the continually updated time schedule prepared and monitored by Contractor that accurately indicates all necessary appropriate revisions as required by the conditions of the Work and the Project while maintaining a concise comparison to the Baseline Schedule.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Material Project EBITDA Adjustments means, with respect to each Material Project:

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Development Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
