Implement coordination of Engineer’s services with other parts of the Project that are not planned or designed by Engineer or its Subconsultants, unless Owner furnished to Engineer substantive information about such other parts of the Project prior to the parties’ entry into this Agreement, in the Baseline Information section of this Exhibit A, or otherwise in Exhibit A; if such substantive information has been so provided, coordination of Engineer’s services will be part of Basic Services.
As used herein, the “worth at the time of award” is computed by allowing interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum.

Assess initially available Specific Project information and data, including the Baseline Information set forth at the beginning of this Exhibit A.
Where there are roles shown in Appendix 10-L (Transition Baseline Information) which do not align with the roles in the Rate Card, the Parties shall work in good faith to agree equivalent roles to be applied in calculating the Charges due.
