Baseline average means the average amount of water
Baseline average means the simple average of monthly volumetric production for the most recent 24 calendar month period, during which period continuous production was had from the subject well, preceding the date on which the AFE is issued for the subject operation. To the extent Manager desires so to participate, Manager shall notify Owner in writing simultaneous with tender of the applicable AFE from Manager to Owner. Manager’s entitlement to incremental production from a given operation shall terminate upon the return of production to a volume less than the Baseline Average for a period of three consecutive calendar months. Manager shall have no right to receive a conveyance of a leasehold or other property interest in the relevant Interests as a result of its participation in an operation pursuant to this Section 8(a). With regard to any such incremental production, Manager shall be responsible for bearing its share of Costs attributable to such production and for paying all royalties and other burdens on production.
Baseline average means the average amount of water withdrawn by a large-quantity user over a representative historical time period as defined by the secretary.

  • Monthly Average means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month. For Fecal Coliform Bacteria (FCB) or E-Coli, report the monthly average.

  • Baseline Value for each of the Company and the Peer Companies means the dollar amount representing the average of the Fair Market Value of one share of common stock of such company over the five consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Effective Date.

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Quarterly Average Excess Availability means, at any time, the daily average of the Excess Availability for the immediately preceding fiscal quarter as calculated by Agent in good faith.
