Baseline Application Software definition

Baseline Application Software means all software, including, but not limited to, all object code, and related Documentation, supplied by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement which shall include, but not be limited to, all the functionality and other items identified as “BAS” on Attachment A (Application Software Functional Requirements - Remittance Processing & Image Archive) to Exhibit A (Statement of Work - Remittance Processing & Image Archive), Attachment
Baseline Application Software means the application software being developed, altered, upgraded, and/or updated, exclusive of any vendor supplied or third party software that may be required for system operation.

  • As part of this Subtask, Contractor shall identify business process improvement opportunities and identify all Baseline Application Software set up requirements needed to capture, process, produce the necessary reports, records, images and interfaces for the processing of all payment types.

  • Contractor shall test the Baseline Application Software consistent with Section 35 (Acceptance by County) of the body of the Agreement and this Exhibit A (Statement of Work).

  • CONTRACTOR shall develop and execute System Test plans and scenarios consistent with Paragraph 9 (Acceptance of System by COUNTY) of the body of the Agreement and this Exhibit A.1. CONTRACTOR shall document the results of the System Test and certify, in writing, that CONTRACTOR has successfully System Tested the Operating Software and the Baseline Application Software and that it functions as specified in the Final Design Document.

  • CONTRACTOR shall configure, set up and document the Operating Software and the Baseline Application Software based upon the setup specifications set forth in the Final Design Document.

Related to Baseline Application Software

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Computer software maintenance contract means a contract that obligates a seller of computer software to provide a customer with:

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.
