BASEBALL CONCESSIONS definition
BASEBALL CONCESSIONS means any and all concessions, merchandise, novelties or other articles (other than food or beverage) of the type or substantially similar to such products provided by the Operator or its licensees or concessionaires in the Baseball Facility or sold in the gift shops located in the Baseball Facility.
