Base Systems definition

Base Systems means the information technology infrastructure used by or on behalf of BASE in performing the Services, including all computers, Services, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), websites, and networks, whether operated directly by BASE or through the use of third-party services.
Base Systems means all utilities, systems and fixtures (including, without limitation, all plumbing systems, heating systems, all electrical branches and systems, the Base HVAC System, and all fire safety/life safety systems) serving all or any portion of the Unit other than the NYTC Limited Common Elements (as defined in the Condominium Documents); it being agreed that in no event shall any Tenant Change, the RTS Build-out Work and/or the Private Shuttle Elevator be part of any of the Base Systems.

Examples of Base Systems in a sentence

  • For Basic Services provided using Base Systems, Customer will pay Aurum per Account Record.

  • Each Party is responsible to input required data into the Routing Data Base Systems ("RDBS") and into the Bellcore Rating Administrative Data Systems ("BRADS") or other appropriate system(s) necessary to update the Local Exchange Routing Guide ("LERG"), unless negotiated otherwise.

  • Landlord, at Tenant’s expense, shall perform any Alterations to the Base Building or Base Systems required by Alterations to the Premises made on behalf of Tenant and approved by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the Historical Authorities pursuant to this Article 9.

  • In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay the following range of fixed monthly charges $5,240.35 to $14,985.92 for domestic Wavelength Service Base Systems and Appearances per Circuit, based on Service component and site locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
