Examples of Base Subrent in a sentence

  • If Sublessor fails to do so, Sublessee may procure the professional cleaning of the carpets and withhold the reasonable cost of the same from its first payment of Base Subrent (for December 2016).

  • In addition to Base Subrent, from and after the Commencement Date and throughout the Term (without any abatement), Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor all Additional Rent payable by Sublessor to Landlord pursuant to Section 5(c) of the Lease, as and when payable by Sublessor.

  • In the final month of the Sublease, Base Subrent shall be reduced in proportion to the number of days during that month in which Sublessee is not occupying the Premises.

  • Notwithstanding the later occurrence of the Assignment Effective Date, Assignee shall be responsible for, and shall pay directly to Sublessor, all Annual Base Subrent (as defined in Section 4(a) of the Sublease) attributable to the period from the Commencement Date of the Lease through the Assignment Effective Date (“Moving Period”).

  • Subtenant’s obligation to pay Annual Base Subrent and Additional Subrent hereunder which accrued during the Sublease Term shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease.

  • Monthly Base Subrent shall be payable without notice or demand and without any deduction, offset, or abatement, in lawful money of the United States of America.

  • Monthly Base Subrent and Additional Rent hereinafter collectively shall be referred to as “Subrent”.

  • In the event that Subtenant exercises its right pursuant to this paragraph, Subtenant shall be entitled to a credit from Sublandlord in the amount of any payments made directly to Overlandlord, such credit to be applied to the succeeding month's Base Subrent payment due from Subtenant.
