Base Shell Condition definition
Base Shell Condition means the Premises, as modified by Landlord upon the completion of the base building work to be performed by Landlord as described in the Landlord's Work in Exhibit A attached to the Addendum to Lease pursuasnt to which this section is inserted into the Lease.
