Base Service Levels definition
Base Service Levels means the levels of customer service and complaint handling set out in section 1 of Schedule 3;
Base Service Levels means the service levels and standards (both initial and final) for the performance of the Base Services as described in, or determined in accordance with, Schedule 8. .. "BASE SERVICES" has the meaning specified in Section 3.1.
