Base Salary Threshold definition
Base Salary Threshold means, as of November 15, 1997, $160,000. As of each subsequent November 15, the Base Salary Threshold shall be redetermined as the annual limit (as of such November 15) in effect under Section 401(a)(17) of the Code.
