Base Salary Multiple definition
Base Salary Multiple means an amount equal to ten times Base Salary -------------------- or, in the case of the Chief Executive Officer, twenty times Base Salary.
Base Salary Multiple means an amount equal to two times Base Salary.
Base Salary Multiple means an amount equal to 1.5 times (or 150% of) the sum of (i) Executive’s annualized base salary during the year a Covered Termination occurs and (ii) the average of Executive’s previous two years of actual annual bonuses under the annual bonus plan maintained by the Company.
