Base Roster definition

Base Roster means a roster described in sub-clause 3.3.
Base Roster sets out the pattern of shifts to be worked by the group showing the number of consecutive days rostered on/rostered off and the start and finish times of each shift.

Examples of Base Roster in a sentence

  • An Employee shall be under no obligation to work an Additional Shift on a rostered day off shown on the Base Roster as a Protected Day Off.

  • Changes to Aggregated Wage Rates: This sub-clause applies where the Employer modifies the Base Roster for a group of Employees who are paid an Aggregated Wage Rate; and the roster modification will result in a difference of greater than 5% between the Discounted Average Weekly Aggregate Component and the sum a non-aggregated Employee would be paid for the same period averaged over the modified Base Roster.

  • Notwithstanding this provision, under sub- clause 3.3.10e) the Employer can roster an ordinary hours shift on a day shown on the Base Roster as a Protected Day Off in the circumstances nominated in that provision.

  • The Aggregated Wage Rate may include overtime rostered in the Base Roster where the Parties agree that it be included.
