Base Requirement definition

Base Requirement means a number of Sales Representatives working on a Full Time Basis (i.e., at least 37.5 hours per week during his/her engagement by Aytu) to conduct primary Detailing of the Product in the Aytu Sales Channel; provided that in no event shall the minimum number of Sales Representatives be fewer than thirty (30) when the Base Requirement is in effect other than in accordance with Section 6.3(a)(iii).
