Base Remuneration definition

Base Remuneration means the remuneration applicable for the contracted hours of an employee.
Base Remuneration means the sum specified in Schedule A or such sum to which the Base Remuneration may be reviewed in accordance with clause 6.3;
Base Remuneration means the bonuses payable under the Company’s Executive Incentive Compensation Plan to an Eligible Employee by his or her Employer with respect to services performed during any period by the Employee and does not include any other type of remuneration.

  • Where the Company elects to pay the Executive in lieu of notice, the Executive shall be entitled to receive Base Remuneration.

  • Remuneration means any money or its equivalent given or passed to any person for services rendered by him and includes perquisites as defined under the Income-tax Act, 1961;

  • Remuneration Report means the remuneration report which forms part of the Directors’ Report of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 and which is set out in the 2020 Annual Report.

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one day prior to the Change in Control, and (ii) the Average Incentive Bonus.

Annual compensation for determining benefits during any determination period may not exceed the maximum compensation allowed as adjusted for cost of living in accordance with §5-10D-7 of this code and Section 401(a)(17) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.
