Base Plan Document definition

Base Plan Document means this document which sets forth certain Plan specifications and together with the Adoption Agreement forms the Plan.
Base Plan Document means this PDS Advantage™ Base Plan Document No. 01.

  • Each section in the Base Plan Document #03 referenced below shall be amended as indicated.

  • This Adoption Agreement may only be used in conjunction with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Prototype Defined Contribution Plan and Trust Base Plan Document #03.

  • The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Prototype Defined Contribution Plan and Trust as set forth in this Base Plan Document, and its related Adoption Agreements, each as amended or restated from time to time.

  • Any capitalized terms used in this Adoption Agreement but not defined herein shall be given the meaning set forth in the Base Plan Document and Trust.

  • The plan established by the Primary Employer in the form of the Base Plan Document and a related Adoption Agreement that has been signed and dated by each Employer.

  • The determination of who is a Highly Compensated Employee, including the determinations of the number and identity of Employees in the top-paid group and the 415 Limitation Compensation that is considered will be made in accordance with the selections made in the Adoption Agreement, this Base Plan Document, and all applicable guidance issued by the IRS under Code Section 414(q).
