Base Option definition

Base Option means a medical benefits option that supplements Medicare benefits as described in this document.
Base Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
Base Option means each Base Option granted to the Grantee pursuant to Section 2.1. Each Base Option provides the Grantee a right to purchase one Base Option Share (subject to adjustment in accordance with the Equity Incentive Plan and this Agreement) on the terms and subject to the conditions in this Agreement and the Equity Incentive Plan.

Examples of Base Option in a sentence

  • The Base Option will be governed by the Plan and shall be granted pursuant to a separate stock option grant notice and stock option agreement.

  • The Base Option V Coverage A, B; Mid Option III Coverage A, B, C and High Option I coverage A, B, C, and D are available to the employee in either Single, Two-Person or Family Plans.

  • The exercise price per share of the Base Option will be equal to the fair market value of a single share of Common Stock on the date the Base Option is granted, as determined in good faith by the Board.

  • The Base Option shall be subject to vesting such that, subject to CFO’s continued employment with the Company, 1/4 of the shares subject to the Base Option shall vest as of the first anniversary of the Effective Date and l/48th of the shares subject to the Base Option shall vest in equal monthly installments on the monthly anniversary of the Effective Date of each month for the 36 months thereafter.
