Base Offer definition

Base Offer means the Bidder’s primary Offer submitted in response to CHGE Request For Proposal (RFP).
Base Offer means the base offer of up to 30,000,000 Series 2 Preferred Shares.

  • If requested, the Base Offer per Bus shall be that quoted plus/minus any adjustment which will be calculated based on the U.S. Department of Labor/Bureau of Labor Statistics Producer Price Index (PPI) Category 1413, “Trucks and Bus Bodies” formula as described in the Section 13.T of the RFP.

Base Offer means the public offer of the fixed rate bonds up to [₱2.75 Billion] which will be issued out of the 2021 Securities Program.

  • Purchase Offer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.25(a).

  • Repurchase Offer means an offer made by the Company to purchase all or any portion of a Holder’s Securities pursuant to Section 4.10 or 4.13 hereof.

  • Base Offer Segment means a component of a Sell Offer based on an existing Generation Capacity Resource, equal to the Unforced Capacity of such resource, as determined in accordance with the PJM Manuals.
