BASE MODIFICATION definition
BASE MODIFICATION means any Modification which RMSS, in its sole discretion, has incorporated into the base version of the RMSS Software which RMSS makes available to itself and other subsidiaries of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. ("FNF").
BASE MODIFICATION means any Modification which SoftPro, in its sole discretion, has incorporated into the base version of the SoftPro Software which SoftPro makes generally available to its customers.
