Base Lot definition

Base Lot means the standard Lot for each Project, without any premium based upon location, view or other special characteristics of the particular Lot.

Examples of Base Lot in a sentence

  • The Building Permit Restriction Agreement shall provide that the issuance of a Building Permit by the City for the construction of a Dwelling on any Lot within the Property shall be conclusive evidence that the applicable Base Lot Purchase Price has been paid in full.

  • The City acknowledges and agrees that each Lot may individually satisfy the above restrictions for such Lot, and the issuance of a Building Permit by the City for the construction of a Dwelling on any Lot within the Property shall be conclusive evidence that the applicable Base Lot Purchase Price has been paid in full.
