Base Load Limits definition

Base Load Limits as defined herein. The Base Load Limits appear in Table 1 below.

Examples of Base Load Limits in a sentence

  • Should KLN’s discharge repeatedly exceed applicable Base Load Limits and cause City a significant risk of not meeting Permit limits, City reserves the right to (1) double the surcharges set forth above, or (2) upon thirty days prior written notice to KLN, reduce the flow of wastewater from KLN to the extent necessary for City to remain in compliance with its Permit, until KLN implements corrective actions to bring its discharge within the applicable Base Load Limits.

  • Unusual biochemical oxygen demand or unusual immediate oxygen demand in excess of the applicable Base Load Limits.

  • Unusual concentrations in excess of the applicable Base Load Limits of solids or composition; as for example, in total suspended solids of inert nature (such as ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Earth) or in total dissolved solids (such as sodium chloride or sodium sulfate).

  • At City’s written request, if KLN’s discharge to the Plant exceeds the Interim Base Load Limits or Final Base Load Limits with any significant frequency, KLN shall provide City with a plan and schedule to prevent further exceedances within ten (10) business days after it receives City’s written request for such plan.
