Base Load Gas definition

Base Load Gas means the average daily contract quantity of Available Uncommitted Gas for a contract year sold to an Alaska Customer.
Base Load Gas means the volume of Gas delivered on a Day of the Contract Year which is equal to or less than Average Daily Contract Quantity.

Examples of Base Load Gas in a sentence

  • The Discretionary Gas Charge shall be the Discretionary Gas volume Seller sold and delivered and Buyer purchased and received during the Month times the applicable Base Load Gas Price.

  • The Base Load Gas Charge shall be the Monthly Delivered Quantity, subject to a cap equal to the Monthly Contract Quantity and further subject to the provisions of Section 7.1(B)(2), times the applicable Base Load Gas Price; provided that the Base Load Gas Charge shall include an appropriate amount representing Seller’s Remedy, if any, as calculated in accordance with Section 2.4(B).
