Base Hardware definition

Base Hardware means the minimum internal components and exterior peripherals, including servers, needed to operate the ACS and ensure network connectivity.

Examples of Base Hardware in a sentence

  • Upgraded Components do not extend the warranty for the Hardware unless the upgrade was conducted by Illumina at Illumina’s facilities in which case the upgraded Hardware shipped to Customer comes with a Base Hardware Warranty.

  • Upgraded Components do not extend the Base Hardware Warranty unless the upgrade was conducted by Seller at Seller’s facilities in which case the upgraded Hardware shipped to Purchaser comes with a new Base Hardware Warranty.

  • This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefit of each party hereto and its successors and permitted assigns, and, except as provided in Section 7.10, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other person any rights, benefits or remedies of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.
