Base Grant definition

Base Grant has the meaning set out in Section 3.4.
Base Grant means “those funds allocated in accordance with the formula in Rule 27P-19.005, F.A.C., as a minimum allocation to County Emergency Management Agencies.”

The Restricted Share Incentive Bonus for a fiscal year shall be issued to the Executive in the form of Restricted Share Grants within one month after the end of such fiscal year. The Restricted Share Grants issued under the Restricted Share Incentive Bonus shall vest in accordance with Section 5(c) below, except that, regardless of the effective date of the grant vesting shall be deemed to commence on the first business day of the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year to which the Restricted Share Incentive Bonus relates.

Examples of Base Grant in a sentence

  • Each Base Grant is subject to certain adjustments and add-ons, as discussed below.

  • Following full implementation of the LCFF, and unless otherwise collectively bargained for, school districts serving students in grades K-3 must maintain an average class enrollment of 24 or fewer students in grades K-3 at each school site in order to continue receiving the adjustment to the K-3 Base Grant.

  • AB 97 authorizes a supplemental grant add-on (each, a “Supplemental Grant”) for school districts that serve EL/LI students, equal to 20% of the applicable Base Grant multiplied by such districts’ percentage of unduplicated EL/LI student enrollment.

Base Grant means the minimum amount of SADC funding that will be allocated to each county that has received [preliminary] approval of an annual planning application submitted pursuant to N.J.A.C. 2:76-17.7.

Related to Base Grant

  • Sub-grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient to a Beneficiary out of the proceeds of the Financing for the purpose of financing a Subproject; and “Sub-grants” means more than one such Sub-grant.

  • Grant Letter means the letter dated March 2019 from the Commissioner to the Recipient which sets out supplementary information in relation to the Grant.

  • Grant Agreement/Grant Number means Grant Number [Grant Agreement Number] awarded to Grantee.

  • Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient; and

  • Notice of Grant means a written or electronic notice evidencing certain terms and conditions of an individual Option or Stock Purchase Right grant. The Notice of Grant is part of the Option Agreement.

  • Grant Notice means the notice provided to a Participant that he or she has been granted an Award under the Plan and which includes the name of the Participant, the type of Award, the date of grant of the Award, number of shares of Common Stock subject to the Award or potential cash payment right, (if any), the vesting schedule for the Award (if any) and other key terms applicable to the Award.

  • Grant Agreement means the agreement entered into by the Parties, including the Signature Document, these Uniform Terms and Conditions, along with any attachments and amendments that may be issued by the System Agency.

  • RSU Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Award of Restricted Stock Units.

  • Award Letter means the letter from the Customer to the Supplier printed above these terms and conditions;

  • Other Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Award grant. Each Other Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Crown Grant means a Crown Grant under the Land Act;

  • Stock Grant Agreement means the agreement between the Company and a Grantee who is awarded Shares under the Plan that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to the award of such Shares.

  • Performance Grant means an Award subject, in part, to the terms, conditions and restrictions described in Section 9, pursuant to which the recipient may become entitled to receive cash, Class A Shares, Other Real Goods Securities or property, or other forms of payment, or any combination thereof, as determined by the Committee.

  • RSU Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a RSU Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a RSU Award grant. The RSU Award Agreement includes the Grant Notice for the RSU Award and the agreement containing the written summary of the general terms and conditions applicable to the RSU Award and which is provided to a Participant along with the Grant Notice. Each RSU Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Vesting Schedule means the vesting schedule specified in the Grant Notice pursuant to which the Optionee is to vest in the Option Shares in a series of installments over his or her period of Service.

  • Phantom Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Phantom Stock Award.

  • Notification of Award means the official notice issued by the Employer notifying the Contractor that his bid has been accepted.

  • Award Notice means the notice to the Participant.

  • Award Agreement means the written or electronic agreement setting forth the terms and provisions applicable to each Award granted under the Plan. The Award Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • RSU means a contractual right granted pursuant to Section 9 that is denominated in Shares. Each RSU represents a right to receive the value of one Share (or a percentage of such value) in cash, Shares or a combination thereof. Awards of RSUs may include the right to receive dividend equivalents.
