Base funds definition
Base funds means state funds appropriated by the Legislature to the Authority and distributed to local public health authorities through the funding formula established in ORS 431.380(1)(a) for applying the foundational capabilities and implementing the foundational programs.
Base funds means the base amount of funding the City will provide the Commission under the Agreement as set out in Schedule “A”.
Base funds means any monies not appropriated, pursuant to the purpose of this ACT, that are used to match the state funds, as defined in (7) below. These "base funds" may be federal, local, private, foundation grants or monies derived from any legal source.
Examples of Base funds in a sentence
No Finder’s Fee shall be due or payable until Company has entered into a fully signed agreement documenting, and has received Commission Base funds concerning, the business transaction with Prospect and the Finder’s Fee described in this Section shall be paid within thirty (30) days following the receipt of any Commission Base funds from Prospect in the immediately preceding calendar month with respect to such business transaction.
