Base Equipment definition

Base Equipment or "Equipment" means the items listed in Exhibit IV-B, or if not purchased by Customer from HBOC, Equipment certified by HBOC. Said Exhibit shall be deemed to be amended to include any additional Equipment purchased by Customer from HBOC or, if not purchased from HBOC, Equipment certified by HBOC. Acquisition of additional equipment required as a result of Software changes, modifications or improvements (including new releases) is the responsibility of Customer.
Base Equipment means equipment (excluding Communication Equipment) installed on, under and around the Tower and used to operate, or otherwise related to, Communication Equipment installed on such Tower.

  • All related fees except for the new license plate cost are included in the Base Equipment Net Price.

  • Options – Options requested by the Customer specifically for the Agriculture and Lawn Base Equipment which meet the requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions herein, and may be installed to, uninstalled from, or provided with or separately from the Base Equipment by the Manufacturer or Dealer, as specified, ordered, legal, customary, reasonable, and prudent in the industry.

  • The Contractor shall submit a complete MSRP List that includes all Commodities (i.e. Base Equipment; OEM Options, Parts, Accessories, and Implements; and Non-OEM Options, Parts, Accessories, and Implements) for each Manufacturer/ Brand Name and Sub-Group (or Group, for Groups that do not include Sub-Groups) for which the Contractor received an award; the Commodities listed on the MSRP must match the Commodities listed on the price sheet.

  • MSRP Credit – The MSRP price of OEM and Non-OEM Options, Parts, Accessory(ies) or Implements that are deducted from the Base Equipment price paid by the Customer if removed from the Base Equipment.

  • Contactor shall ensure that no Contractor or Dealer advertising or identification (name, logos, etc.) is on the Commodities, including Base Equipment, OEM and Non-OEM Option(s), Part(s), Accessory(ies), and Implement(s); and their respective features, equipment, and components.

  • Base Equipment may be identified by a combination of the Manufacturer’s name, trade name, brand name, make name, model name, model number or catalog number.

  • Parts – Repair or service parts for Base Equipment which meet the requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions herein, and may be installed to, uninstalled from, or provided with or separately from the Base Equipment by the Manufacturer or Dealer, as specified, ordered, legal, customary, reasonable, and prudent in the industry.

  • However, awards for each Manufacturer or Brand Name within a Group shall be based upon the greatest Base Equipment MSRP discount bid by a responsive and responsible Bidder.

  • Base Equipment – A Manufacturer’s Base Agriculture and Lawn Equipment without the inclusion of OEM or Non-OEM Options, Parts, Accessories, and Implements.

  • No Contractor’s or Dealer’s advertising or identification (name, logos, etc.) is permitted on the Commodities, including all Base Equipment; OEM Options, Accessories, & Implements; OEM & Replacement Parts; and their components.

Related to Base Equipment

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Leased Equipment means the vehicles, computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other similar items leased and used or held for use by Seller or a Subsidiary primarily in the operation or conduct of the Engenio Business but excluding any such items primarily related to Excluded Assets or Excluded Liabilities.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.
