BASE CONTRACTUAL RATE definition
BASE CONTRACTUAL RATE means, with respect to any Benchmark Arrangement, the then-current per-subscriber rate (including any applicable surcharge(s)), up to the number of subscribers that equals the Total Benchmark under such Benchmark Arrangement.
