Base Contract Amount definition

Base Contract Amount means the 1.7 million courses requested in CLIN 001 of the RFP, or any subsequent adjustment to the number of courses requested in CLIN 001 of the RFP.
Base Contract Amount means the agreed amount the SFMTA shall pay as compensation to Contractor for the successful implementation of the Base System.
