Base Consultants definition
Base Consultants shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 3.10.5.
Examples of Base Consultants in a sentence
The fees and expenses of the Base Consultants or such architect, engineer and consultant(s) incurred by the Landlord shall be at market rate and shall be borne by the Tenant and immediately paid by the Tenant to the Landlord on demand.
In the event that any of the Base Consultants is not available, the Landlord shall be entitled to engage other architects, engineers, or other consultants.
The said Base Consultants and such other architects, engineers and consultants shall not be deemed to be agents or employees of the Landlord and the Tenant shall not have any claim whatsoever against the Landlord in respect of any act, omission, default, misconduct or negligence of the said architects, engineers or consultants.
