Base Bid Amount definition

Base Bid Amount means Contractor’s total cost to perform the bid items included in the Contract Documents, excluding Specific Allowances, the General Allowance and Contractor’s Bond premiums and is stated in Article 2 of the Agreement between Owner and Contractor.
