Base Advisory Fee definition

Base Advisory Fee means a base advisory fee equal to 1.5% per annum, calculated and paid quarterly in arrears, of (i) prior to the Listing, Net Asset Value, (ii) after the Listing, the Stockholders’ Equity.
Base Advisory Fee the base advisory fee, calculated and paid monthly in arrears in cash in an amount equal to one-twelfth of the sum of (i) 1.75% of the first $500 million of Equity and (ii) 1.50% of Equity in excess of $500 million.
Base Advisory Fee means the base advisory fee, calculated and paid quarterly in arrears in an amount equal to the sum of (i) (A) 1/4 of the amortized cost of the Managed Assets as of the end of the quarter multiplied by (B) 2.00%; and (ii) the base advisory fees (if any) with respect to Scheduled Assets as set forth in the applicable Scheduled Asset Addendum. Such payments shall be made as of the foregoing dates with respect to the preceding period if this Agreement has been terminated subsequent to the end of the preceding period and at or prior to such payment date.

Examples of Base Advisory Fee in a sentence

  • The Advisory Fee consists of a Base Advisory Fee that is subject to a Performance Adjustment, as described below.

  • For purposes of calculating the Base Advisory Fee, the Fund’s average daily net assets shall be computed by adding the Fund’s total daily asset values less liabilities for the quarter and dividing the resulting total by the number of days in the quarter.

  • This Base Advisory Fee is increased or decreased monthly (the "Monthly Sub-Advisory Fee Adjustment") depending on the investment performance of the Sub-Adviser's Portfolio ("Portfolio") managed for the Quintara Small Cap Value Fund relative to the investment performance of the Russell 2000 Value Index.

  • The Company and the Advisor agree to execute and deliver an amendment to this Agreement setting forth such revised Base Advisory Fee and/or distributions with respect to the Class B Units (or other compensation structure) promptly upon reaching an agreement regarding same.

  • The Company shall pay the Advisor each installment of the Base Advisory Fee (each, an “Advisory Fee Payment”) within twenty (20) days following the last day of the calendar month with respect to which such Advisory Fee Payment is payable.

  • The Fund’s expenses and fees, including the Base Advisory Fee, will be accrued daily and taken into account in determining daily net asset value.
