Barring Procedures means the barring procedures set out in Annex A, as amended from time to time.

In the event that, after notification by the Company pursuant to this Clause, the LESO provides service to an MES that is subject to a mandatory financial bar in violation of the requirements of the Barring Procedures, then the LESO agrees that it shall pay to the Company the penalty Charges provided for in Annex G.
