bare licensee definition

bare licensee is a person given authority by the Grantor to use its premises without becoming entitled to exclusive possession, being deemed a personal privilege with no interest in the land and this is a bare licence only revocable by the Grantor upon giving 1 Calendar months notice and shall not confer upon the Licensee any rights under the Landlord & Tenant Acts or otherwise.
