Bare Land Strata definition

Bare Land Strata means a Bare Land Strata Plan as defined in the Strata Property Act
Bare Land Strata means a strata plan where boundaries of the stratified properties are defined by survey markers and are not defined by floors, walls and or ceilings of a building.
Bare Land Strata means a subdivision of a Tsawwassen Fee Simple Interest lot into strata lots and common property with a single-family dwelling housing as registered under a strata plan filed with the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia;

Examples of Bare Land Strata in a sentence

  • The Owner shall not subdivide Lot C by the Bare Land Strata Plan unless the Owner concurrently registers a Declaration of Building Scheme, pursuant to section 220 of the Land Title Act, substantially in the form attached as Schedule “J”.
