BAR Loan means a Revolving Credit Advance to fund the issuance of a Banker's Acceptance in favor of the Borrower, which Advance bears interest by reference to the Banker's Acceptance Rate.

  • On and after September 30, 2002, no Lender shall be obligated to fund any Loan, or convert or continue any Loan as a LIBOR Loan or BAR Loan, unless and until the Borrowers have delivered to the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, the continuing, unlimited, and unconditional guaranty of Green Mountain Coffee, Inc.
