Bankrate means Bankrate, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and the joint ventures, subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, Caring.com, partnerships, divisions, groups, and affiliates in each case controlled by Bankrate, Inc., and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
