Banking CSA definition

Banking CSA means the commercial services agreement in respect of banking business amongst the Seller, the Purchaser and TPFL in the agreed form. Business means the business of providing, introducing or the arranging of financial services or products to the general public and small businesses (including customers of the Purchaser’s Group), as carried out by the Group as at the date of this Agreement, whether as principal, agent or intermediary, including;

  • banking company means a banking company as defined in clause (c) of section 5 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949);

  • Banking Act means the UK Banking Act 2009, as amended.

  • banking group means the New Zealand business of the registered bank and its subsidiaries as required to be reported in group financial statements for the group’s New Zealand business under section 461B(2) of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.

  • Banking Day Financial Centre means the Banking Day Financial Centre as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • banking institution means a bank, bank and trust company, trust company, savings bank, private bank, or a national banking association, organized and doing business under the provisions of any law of this state, or of any other state of the United States, or under the provisions of any law of the United States of America.
