Banking Center or "Banking Centers" means each, as applicable, or all of the banking centers set forth in Exhibit 1.1.

Banking Center means the area(s) shown on Exhibit A, where (a) the exact boundaries are deemed to be three inches (3”) inside each wall separating the Premises from the adjacent premises or the external Terminal wall, and (b) with respect to the facade and/or wall on the front of the Premises, separating the Premises from the Terminal common areas, the exact boundary is deemed to be the external face of the facade and/or wall.

  • We have deposit cut off times posted in the lobby of each Banking Center.
