Bank RSA means that certain Second Amended and Restated Restructuring Support and Forbearance Agreement (including all term sheets, schedules, exhibits, and annexes thereto), dated as of October 4, 2016, as amended, amended and restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, by and between, among others, CEOC on behalf of itself and each of the Debtors, CEC, and the Consenting Bank Creditors (as defined therein) party thereto from time to time.
